10 Worst & 10 Best US Housing Markets.

Recently, I read an article in Forbes magazine about the 10 best and worst US Housing Markets. The cities that are showing signs of stabilization and those that continue to unravel. The good news is that Charlotte NC was rated as #3 as the best in the US. Since Christmas I have seen a major increase in business. They say the 5 states that are having the most problems are California, Nevada, Michigan,, Florida, and Arizona. Over the Christmas Holiday I had 5 sellers in other states that went under contract that have been on the market for over 2 years. In the Greater Charlotte Markets I have been seeing the prices start to creep back up.
